5 Quotes To Stop Worrying Now!

It's been a while that I have written something.. In short, I was in a roller coaster enjoying the ride :)




Sometimes things around us keep happening in our lives which are not in our control that makes us anxious and overthink. We worry over every little thing and just can't control it. 

We need to stop and realize that the things are not happening 'to' us, rather they are happening 'for' us.



Here are couple of quotes which might help and inspire to get going!

 

1. "You will be FREE the moment you stop worrying about what other people think of you".


I have dealt with so many situations in my recent times where people started behaving 'not so human' as I started progressing in my life. Its harsh but its true -- and it is ok!. :)

Its so deep psychology, that we sometimes neglect to realize, the truth is that what other people think of us is most of the time colored by their own experiences, perceptions and beliefs -- so in many cases their opinion perhaps has nothing to do with us or our behavior at all. In these circumstances one should not base his/her life of what other people think about them. The fact is, the true ones will always be there for us and keep pushing us to grow, no matter what! 

'Your vibe attracts your tribe — so be yourself and do what is true for you'.

 

2. "All decision-making is a value-clarifying exercise".

As you start making decisions you will know what you are going to focus on and what are you going to do next. Worry often comes with clutter and with the unnecessary chatter in our minds, so as you go through challenges and deal with difficulties, make those hard decision that you don't want to make in order to DECLUTTER.

I read somewhere a very interesting article on -The Chinese Bamboo Tree and the specialty of the tree is that, it takes 5 years to grow. When it goes through a process of growing, it needs water and fertilizers every day until the 5th year. But once it breaks through the ground, within 5 weeks, it grows 90 feet tall. So the question here is - did it grow in 5 years? or 5 weeks?

The answer to that is, the tree grew in 5 years, because if it wouldn't have nurtured in 5 years, that bamboo tree would have died in the ground. 

You got to keep watering your dreams!

 

4) "Stop debating, start executing".

I think it explains itself. There is a lot of chattering and unnecessary noise that happens around us all the time, specially when we are in the mood of debating. Cut the crap and stop wasting your time and start "doing".

We live each day one by one and sometimes get too engulfed in the daily tantrums , perceptions, behavior of people and the surrounding around us, that we do not realize the things that are happening and bothering us today might not even matter anything down the line. At the end of our lives the only thing that will matter is how happily and truly we lived.

 

Do the things sometimes which are 'not so important'... stop being "dead" serious while you are still "alive"... :)
